Shipping Integration for Acumatica

Acumatica offers a variety of ways to integrate shipping, including Amazon Integration, Smart Shipment, and numerous ISV solutions, ensuring that no matter what kind of shipping setup you need, you’ll be able to find one that perfectly fits you and your company.

Amazon Integration

Acumatica’s Amazon Integration allows customers who sell products on Amazon to seamlessly fulfill them using Acumatica. The integration supports solutions for both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM).

The Amazon integration software installs as a customization on Acumatica 6.1, build 0945 or higher.

Amazon does not provide a test environment, so you will need to place live orders with Amazon to verify the results. For FBM this is easy because you do not need to ship the orders – but you do need to confirm a valid carrier shipping ID number or you will lose your shipping status with Amazon. For FBA, you need to supply Amazon with goods that can be shipped and pay shipping fees during testing.

Smart Shipment

Acumatica’s Smart Shipment provides an integration to UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. This is useful for customers who process large volumes of shipments through these common carriers.

The solution consists of a program installed on a Windows computer. The program connects the carrier PC programs to the Acumatica Cloud ERP deployment. Prior to installing the software, you must have a valid account from FedEx and UPS with access to development APIs.
