Introduction

ICAN Software Solutions (also referred to below as “we”“us” and “our”) is a privacy conscious organization. By using the Website, you agree to the use of such information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

Children’s privacy protection

We understand the importance of protecting children’s online privacy. The Website is not designed for or intentionally targeted to children 13 years of age nor younger. It is not our policy to intentionally collect and/or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. If we obtain knowledge that we have received information along those lines, we will take steps to delete it.
